Managing Notifications

Notification providers are services or protocols that facilitate the sending and receiving of notifications or messages between applications or users. They play a crucial role in enabling real-time communication, alerts, and updates across various platforms.

Pre-requisites:

For Personal Access Token permissions and guidelines, follow the below link accordingly

Slack

  • bot token and TeamID

SMTP

  • Username

  • Password

  • Sender Email for the provider

  • Host

  • Port

Microsoft Teams

  • webhook URL

Steps:

  1. Click on the subcategory Notification to create a notification integration, as shown below

  1. The user will be able to see the supported integrations, on which you can select the provider of your choice from the list .
